Plenty available I’m sure, but if you want a recommendation you could do worse than Heligan Camp Site. Meets your criteria - next to Lost Gardens of Heligan and walking distance via cycle track to the sea at Mevagissey or Pentewan. Nice site, new sanitary facilities this year. Plenty of nice walks in the area. Well situated to explore the Roseland Peninsula which tends to be less visited by the summer hordes.

Posted on 17/02/2021 08:38 by Grandad GolferWe want to go on holiday late July/early august. Does anyone know of a site that has statics as well as touring pitches. Near the sea, dogs allowed, Southwest England or Norfolk / Suffolk. Thanks

I can 2nd Searles in Hunstanton.
Good facilities, sea front minutes from exits of the site.
Touring, statics & camping + if your username is anything to go by they have a golf club house & course on site.....

No way would I pay that for a UK site especially as I would not use most of what is on offer. Might be fine for a family holiday but as a couple, no thanks. Could be tempted to go in April for £25 per night just to check the site and area over. A static could appeal in the future in that area.
