Route to Tenby

Any suggestions please, for the easiest towing route from M1/M42/M5 to Tenby. The M4 route was my obvious first choice but wondered what fellow caravanners thought of the A40 A465 routes. I don't like steep,narrow or twisty roads and I m only the map reader ! I do use Google maps but you can't beat real opinions from caravanners. Thank you.

Thanks Deleted User for your comments - useful local knowledge is better than any satnav/map.We are leaving Tenby on the 7th so will be looking out for closures. We are travelling to Tenby this Sunday so I'm hoping the roads will be quieter .
