I've just watched Free Solo, an hour and a half documentary about the first solo ascent of the 3000ft face of El Capitan by Alex Honnold. What a great film if just for the shots of the climb itself, which can be seen in the last 30 mins of the documentary. A must for all climbing enthusiasts.

I don't think it is for me, I get dizzy going up a ladder!!!

One of the managers that used to work for me lived in Cape Town before he returned to the UK and he had this amazing photograph of him on Table Mountain, that used to make me feel queasy!!!
