It’s coming to Sheffield in 2019, and we are tempted. Swan Lake is possibly my least favourite Ballet, mainly because the story is so naff, but always enjoy the dancing. You’ve reminded my about Russian ballet visiting as well.......laughing

Margaret is keener on ballet than me and she has seen a Matthew Bourne's version of Swan Lake with an all male cast and she thought it was fantastic.  I have not seen one with an all male cast. I enjoyed La fille mal gardée no doubt because of the Clog Dance but that was a long time ago. On balance I prefer Opera but even then I have not seen that many.
