Totally enjoyed it.   Taron Egerton did a great job portraying Elton.   We loved the young boys too playing him in his early years.

Having said that, we preferred Bohemian Rhapsody out of the two.  Next one to watch out for is Judy, although we visit the cinema most weeks to see something 😀

I have Borap on the the Sky box, totally agree with you! Fabulous fabulous film. Crank up the soundstage (box of speakers under telly) when I watch this, which must be in double figures now! Not that much of a Queen fan either.

Taron played Eddie the Eagle too, a good Saturday afternoon film.

Never really appreciated Elton John. I'm sure he was good, just not my cup of tea. The film I'm afraid has been tainted by the reviews and my musical taste so I'll wait 'till its on TV.

I'm not an Elton fan either.

But its always interesting even if it's a filmography version, to have a glimpse into a persons life.

It is a really good film, one for the DVD collection.
