Hi all

How do I logout.net from a fire tv stick? I've logged in and the stick works but I cant log out to use the wifi on another device.  I've tried the "forget this network " but that doesnt make any difference.

Thanks

Chris

Better to post a new thread than to ride on the tail of an old one as your post is likely not to be seen

Are you on a CAMC site. If so the network is not designed for streaming and doing so will restrict others access.

I don't have a fire stick, but I assume it gives you access to a browser of some kind when online. If on a CAMC network you would have to type logout .net into the browser bar. If you are not on a CAMC site logout.net won't do anything and there would be no need to log out on your home network.

If all else fails, you can ring Airangel, they are able to log you out.

Thanks for the response

I'm currently on a CAMC site. The fire tv stick has simple games on it for my son. Most sites dont have a connection which will allow you to stream films so we dont even try to.

Think we've cracked it anyway. I unplugged the fire tv stick from the power supply and went out for the day. We came back and tried logging in on an ipad and it allowed me to. I read somewhere that after a period of inactivity you will be automatically logged out.

Fire tv sticks do not have a browser so you dont have an address bar to type anything. When you connect to the club wifi a pop up page opens which you can only do a couple of things on. You can't navigate away from that page.

Thanks
