My phone call consultation due for next Tuesday has just taken place and Nursey was not totally disappointed in me 'cos at least my weight is down ( well I am using MY scales, not theirs  ) but Kellog's and Thornton's profits will take a hit - hope they ain't depending on MY monies to save 'em.
