Still got a couple of cycle shops in Crewe, Triky Mate, and I ain't referring to 'Alfords either , and I still see the occasional tricyclist doing a fair few MPH on the better roads along with one of those reclining bods ( Asking for trouble I reckon !! )

Some of the "excuses?" for not using our quite good cycle paths are to many pedestrians?, they do not allow us to make progress as roads do, not kept clear of overhanging foliage,? when asked if they had reported the overhanging foliage not one in a survey by our local council said yes they had ?,
