Wanted - good home for Caravan Club magazines.

With more than 26 years of club membership behind me, not only do I have a wonderful collection of memories and souvenirs, I also have a complete set of old Caravan Club Magazines, all in very good condition. Sadly, the time has come to free up some space and they will have to go.

They run from the first issue in April 1996 to the last in February 2017 ( I even have a copy of the last ENROUTE magazine, Dec1995/Jan1996!) It seems such a pity to just throw a big chunk of history away, so if anybody body would like to give them a good home, please get in contact.

My email address is: paulrbarrow@tiscali.co.uk

I live close to Cambridge and would ask anyone interested to come and collect them.

Congratulations Paul on such a magnificent collection that shows how much you enjoyed your hobby.

Sadly I have reached that stage in life where I am clearing out my loft and have to decline you generous offer.

Lets hope they find a good home.

They could be useful for settling a few arguments on the forum as the memory fadeswink

Funnily enough there was a letter in MMM this month about a reader who had back copies from 1976 to 2019. Someone took them up on the offer and arrived in a white van to take them away!

Thanks for your comments folks.

I hope someone wants them, if not I'm afraid the collection will sadly have to go for recycling.

I'll hold on to them for a little longer just in case their wanted.

Paul

Het lijkt een mooie collectie, misschien kan je ze achter laten op een camp site, dan vind het vanzelf wel ze weg naar nieuwe eigenaren.

"It seems like a nice collection, maybe you can leave them on a camp site, then it will automatically find their way to new owners."

😂 Did the white van take the mags or the owner?

(only joking bungus, it’s a wonderful collection, hope it finds a good home)
