Have just read your post from last night regarding your damaged carpet. I've been a carpet fitter for the past 40+years and have never heard of any manufacturer being able to define a problem without even seeing it . If as you say it's not that old I would suggest that you return to the shop you purchased it from and insist they raise a complaint with the manufacturer's .They are morally/legally obliged to send a rep round to inspect it , then act accordingly. I hope you have a satisfactory outcome to this issue . Steve.

trellis thank you so much for your kind post.

I was in the process of discussing the carpet situation with the shop, apparently a photo was plenty good enough 😤! When OH had heart attack, followed by bypass stroke on the table the liternay goes on and on..... We made it to son's wedding. OH then got pneumonia total of 89 days in hospital.... I gave up the 'fight' deciding a few hundred pound was nothing in the great scheme of things!

The shop knows exactly what I think of their service, but I am a mere little housewife 🤬😤 and believe me I do not hold back on my opinion of them.

When I can summon the energy and things get more normal I'll definitely go somewhere else.

Take care and happy healthy new year.
