I can't see the original sticky so will start a new thread.  Saw nearly 30,000 knot on Breydon Water yesterday.  Great weekend at Minsmere, Otter, Kingfishers, Bitterns, lots of Marsh Harriers

Well there ya go👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻. Great place-add on to that the shock that it was so warm & some exotics too even the breeze was warm. New England Bay was like times I’ve spent in Europe without the intense heat, a beaut break too mate👍🏻

I suspect it will be lovely and warm later in the year. Nice inside the garden, but breezy on coast. It all felt very “Cornish” to us.

Hells teeth🤣 Resident Guinea Fowl have just kicked off here, that’s shattered the peace😁 Pooch hasn’t moved…..mainly because nothing went “bang” beforehand. So his training as a gundog did work all those years ago. Will try and post our current pitch view…..

I’ve not been to the gardens but we have stayed at NEB in terrible weather and explored the area. NEB itself is not unlike the Hayle area of Cornwall (minus the Philps) and the fishing villages are similar to those down here. Yet, despite the similarities, it still felt a bit different.

Sit on the fence - me?😀

That’ll be the miles & the fact you could understand the Scots but they struggled with raw Piskie🤣🤣

Dunno wot ee means 🤷🏻‍♂️

I imagine Logan gardens being rather like Glendurgan down by the Helford river. They have all sorts of tropical plants there including a banana plant so there are similarities for sure👍🏻
