It looks perfectly OK on street view but perhaps a local will confirm it.

I wouldn't have any reservations about using it

Also looking on Google and I would use it, there are a couple of narrow sections but the road is centre lined so must have a minimum width.

Thanks for the replies I have looked at the road on Google Earth and street view and as you say it looks OK but i wanted to know if someone had actually used it towing a caravan.

We use the main road (A31) that you'll be turning onto from the B3705, the only problem you might incur would be turning out into heavy traffic especially in the summer holidays. Using the A350 to the A31 junction at least gives you a roundabout to get into the traffic flow.
