Are you aware of how much energy is used to make those one use plastic bottles? Have you any idea what is happening to the vast majority after their one use.
Easy first step would be to ban these bottles, loss of demand would mean rest would follow. I'd promote drinking tap water too and not even have the dispensers. Job's a goodun!

Formaldehyde was banned years ago and hasn't been in toilet fluid for some years. AD made the same comment but I let it pass.
