Dropped our caravan back in to storage yesterday. Making our way back to the exit barrier I sat behind a club mini tractor and trailer cursing at 9mph according to my cars speedo surprised

Moderator Edit:

This post isn't about mini tractors; it's about speed limits on site so it's been moved here and the title has been amended to better reflect the topic of the thread.

Like all ebikes the power assistance is restricted to just above 15 mph.  I felt the assistance stop so know that I was doing 15 mph and I was not gaining on the tractor.

True 15mphundecided

If I recall correctly from the last time this was mentioned Ro said to inform the wardens when anyone was speeding?

Posted on 12/06/2019 16:57

Camper - ”Excuse me, Mr/Ms Warden but I want to report someone speeding on site.”

Warden - “Really? Well we can’t have that. Tell me who it was and I’ll throw them off the site.”

Camper - “It was you on your tractor, Mr/Ms Warden.”

Warden - “No, you are completely mistaken as I take care never to exceed 5mph. Now, it was you I saw riding an ebike at 15mph on site so on yer bike, mate, I’ll give you 30 minutes to leave site.”

You need grass for a lawn mower, cool

Never had grass, JVB, my preferred choice was always St Bruno,  Flake of course - never that 'ready rubbed' stuff  !!

We once saw a little lad (around 3/4 yo) on his trike doing at least 10mph, little legs pumping away like mad. He was duly stopped by the Warden, and politely informed he was going the wrong way round the sites one way system.........🤣

Good for the warden cool but a bit mean with only half hour to leave, an hour  so as not to be seen as  being a jobs worth , surprised
