Hi all, hope i'm posting this in the right place, apologies if not, i have just traded my Bessacarr in for a Sunlight t-64 and while i am trying to add my outfit to my membership profile page it seems the make doesnt exist, i have looked under Hymer and also Dethleffs but to no avail, anyone got any ideas or solved a similar problem?

When we switched from a Bailey caravan to a Hymer Exsis Motor Home I found it impossible. I gave the club a ring and they did it in a couple of minutes. Unfortunately the website isn't all that user friendly.

The ability to self change outfit details seems to have had a flaw for years. I remember when I changed from a caravan to a motorhome seven years ago I had to ring the Club!!! Why not do a dummy booking for several months ahead and see what happens when you get to the detail part?

I was having issues last night trying to do the same thing as we bought our T68 last week.

I guess will jut have to call them briefly.

A problem shared is a problem halved. Thanks!

So i have booked into my local site for a couple of nights and it let me put it in as an un-named motorhome to book but the problem im having is when i'm trying to change it permanently on the official page and not the app, it also for some reason now thinks im arriving in a huge motorhome with twin axels when in fact its single and under 7m, its hardwork and it shouldnt be

At least you know you can book a pitch. I fully agree that it is an acceptable system but it has been the same for some years and I don't understand why it has not been attended to. Just a thought, which may not work, but I wonder if when you arrive on site the staff could edit your details? Might be worth an ask.

No harm in asking i suppose but then again in the current climate they might not want to deal with people unless they have to, i can just picture them now widening the roads in anticipation of what ever contraption they think im going to be arriving in only to then turn up in the motorhome version of a mini metro, thanks for your help anyway mate, as long as they let me in thats all that matters

Someone has obviously been reading the recent Cirencester Park chat.

I've just changed my Marquis Majestic for a Carthago Compactline 138 but whilst I can enter the make, it won't accept the "other" option as that model is not listed so I can't add it at all. It won't even let me add the year. I haven't been on the website for about a month and I see that that it is the same execrable shambles as ever.
