This seems a bit over the top.

Every time I log in, refresh the page or use the back arrow I'm having to agree to the cookie settings to clear the banner. Even after I do that, I'm stuck with an annoying black diagonal box in the corner which, as I type, is obscuring part of my text. I know of no other website that takes things to this extreme.

Will somebody please report my post to bring this to Ro's attention.

Sorry, I see Steve beat me by 5 seconds. Simply opening his thread caused the cookie banner to appear as did opening the edit box. It's pretty close to unusable😤😤😤

I've returned to find my wish has been granted. Normality has been restored, albeit CAMC very slow normality.

The question remains, how the hell could it be allowed to happen?😖😖

Well to be fair - an IT problem fixed in one morning, that is outstanding for CT?

I think it was hacked as WN said but as the software is written in BASIC so there wasn't much they could do, or maybe CAMC couldn't afford the full ransom and just paid 50p?

I guess you're right. That was pretty quick.

50p - as much as that?😂

They tried to install a ransomware bug but the bug died whilst waiting for dial up to engage, good old 1980’s technology🤣🤣
