Could be extra bookings due to announcement of potential opening dates.

Club should be ashamed though. Big organisation like this should be able to provide a better service.

Recently in a post re the 'end of life' adobe software 'flash player'....I commented then that the lack of support / updates to CT are completely unacceptable for an organisation of this size....and that 'working from home / remotely' is not a valid excuse..

btw Rowena..any update on the replacement scripts for the now EoL 'Flash Player'....

Looks like someone is embarrassed  by the performance of the Club today. Surely they cannot believe it is anything but very poor and unacceptable for the "leading touring organisation"

I had to wait in a queue to make a booking, this morning - so obviously the site is under pressure.  As others have said, an organisation of this size ought to be able to offer a better service than this - especially given the number of times the site is down for 'essential maintenance'.  I've never known another site get so much 'maintenance' yet be so rubbish.

since the way out of lockdown was announced yesterday the site booking pages have been altered to a later opening date for sites and i have been in a queue to make several later bookings ,so it seems as the DG advised the cork has popped  from the bottlesurprised

and not just the cc site eithercool
