PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

This thread is not for discussions. Post ONLY factual information.

To provide a comprehensive list of problems encountered, I would suggest that each post lists only one issue at a time.

Provide details of problem  as concisely as possible.

Operating system, machine used and relevant software. i.e. Macbook/ PC/tablet, Windows XP/ iOS7 etc, Safari/Internet Explorer/Chrome inc version No.

Please do not enter into discussions such as "I've had/not had this problem" as this will detract from the objectivity of the thread. Hopefully this thread may assist the IT department in finding where "all the bodies are buried".

PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

Just a thought.  I have also more recently come across this Server Error message and wonder if it is when the IT Dept are working (in the background) on the club website at the same time as members are using it.  We are I think due to get some sort of upgrade before the end of the year (I think).

Closed for "Essential Maintenance" again this morning. Yet again without any prior warning. Seems the lack of warning doesn't just apply to facilities block boilers.

We are over there at the moment.  On Wednesday I decided to book our final site at Cherbourg through the club, easy?

Bear in mind I’m already logged in, so no problem there then!  Selected the site we wanted and pressed ‘book now’  filled in all the relevant details, dates, car and van details, how many etc., pressed the button to add to my basket and guess what - yes it wanted me to log on????

OK I’ll log on again, fine, now logged on yet again, automatically returned to the page I’d filled in before and guess what, totally blank, WHAT!!!! Finally after filling all the details again we can complete the deal.  Not 10 seconds after completing the booking up pops an e mail, don’t forget to buy Red Pennant,  I am already over here and you know I have Red Pennant.

There was an upgrade to the system 2 or 3 years ago but I don’t see any improvement
