PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

This thread is not for discussions. Post ONLY factual information.

To provide a comprehensive list of problems encountered, I would suggest that each post lists only one issue at a time.

Provide details of problem  as concisely as possible.

Operating system, machine used and relevant software. i.e. Macbook/ PC/tablet, Windows XP/ iOS7 etc, Safari/Internet Explorer/Chrome inc version No.

Please do not enter into discussions such as "I've had/not had this problem" as this will detract from the objectivity of the thread. Hopefully this thread may assist the IT department in finding where "all the bodies are buried".

PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

Hi again everyone,

I've heard back from our IT desk and they've said,

“There were some errors on the website on the evening of 17 July which did result in some pages displaying “internal server errors” on the website. This has now been resolved, but please do come back to us if the errors continue”

 Many thanks,

Hannah

Since the last downgrade I have found the page loading to be excruciatingly slow, each page load now taking a fairly consistent 6 seconds.

By way of comparison the Practical Caravan Forum loads in a fraction of a second as does that of the UKCampSite as well as all the general news sites.

I'm running Safari on several Mac computers, but experience the same unacceptably poor performance using Firefox, Chrome, and Opera.

"Short term"? This website has been beset by problems for two and a half years. That's hardly "short term". A total lack of attention by the senior management of the Club to address the problem.
