Keith,  Living here in farming country we have local independent garages who could put your vehicle over a pit and see if it is possible to clamp or weld a non standard piece of tailpipe on to your existing silencer boxes. The sort of garage workshop where they fix tractors too. But the problem may be that as your vehicle is 21 years old the whole exhaust system might be too fragile for that operation to take place.
