#TeamDipper - how to save a life

I’m writing this to tell people of the devastating situation fellow caravaners Nick & Lisa Dipper are in. Together with their 3 year old twin boys their family has been ripped to shreds by the devastating news that Nick has nasal cancer following months of misdiagnosis. 

After enduring gruelling radiotherapy, he was told nothing more could be done. But that too was wrong.

Nick’s cancer it turns out would be responsive to immunology treatment HOWEVER the NHS won’t fund it as it hasn’t been trialed behind the nose (very rare and aggressive cancer so too few trial patients), only up as far as the mouth!! Unbelievable right!. 

At first they were told of this treatment by the NHS after friends told them about it but then cruelly it was revoked. Snatched away from them! 

I am asking as a fellow caravaner and friend to please share their story, read the go fund me / justgiving  page as it gives more of an insight into the family and what is needed to help save this daddy of 2 little boys and keep this family together.

£140k is needed for this treatment of which £70k has already been raised. 

We are a group of girls on a girls caravan fb group who have rallied round and got our heads together to get the message out there. We’ve had some celebrity support but need more! 

Please please help this cause. 

Private tests have been performed and Nick has an excellent chance (>90%) of beating this disease - please help give Nick this lifeline.
