A gorgeous site, spacious and level with 3 'sections' separated by trees. There is a consistant noise from the nearby A30 but it fades into the background quickly (apart from the odd motorbike overrevving only to slam on the brakes at the roundabouts). A real suntrap!. There are Tesco and Sainsbury's stores just off the main road and close by. Very convenient for St Michael's Mount, Penzance and the coast. Do not follow a satnav as they don't seem to realise Poniou Road was cut in 2 by the A30 and the site is on the rump end of it. If coming in from anywhere except the A30 its worth heading for Gulval then following the 'Sculpture Gardens' sign before turning right into Poniou Lane after around half a mile.
