Difficult to find without provided instructions

We spent 6 days here August 2020 and once pitched up did not use our car for the whole stay as we were able to cycle to Dawlish, Teignmouth and using the Exe Estuary cycle track cycled round to Exmouth too. The cycle path was mostly flat but cycling along the roads pretty hilly with the return to the site always uphill at the end of the day but possible. The views as other people have said are lovely over the estuary. The pitches were clearly marked but seemed quite close together so noise could be heard from the next caravan so it didn't feel quite as private as some CL's we have stayed. Also with being high up looking down over the valley, we did notice more road noise than we expected given that the site was well away from the road. The water and waste recycling facilities all clearly marked out. Access to the site was quite tricky, unfortunately I had not been able to download the instructions sent from the owner prior to our visit. We missed the turn twice (as we were following the instructions in the book and the telephone that is referred to was removed 6 months ago, so we ended up in the middle of Dawlish which was not ideal. Once we did finally get to the site and set up we enjoyed our stay and the owner was friendly.
