Just the ticket!
Once through the gate this proved an ideal site for us. The turn from the road and back onto it is a bit tight with the van on the back and Essex locals are not renowned for their patience but the site itself is exactly right for us. We loved the horses in the next field, the weather was very kind, Colchester town was a couple of miles away and the owners were friendly without being intrusive. It would have been nice to walk the dogs in the adjacent field rather than round the field.
