We stayed 1 night whilst travelling in our motor home on the NC500. Mr Smith welcomed us and ensured we were ok in our pitch. The site is a little sloping but the views over the loch are stunning, patience will pay if you want to see wildlife. There is a short walk down to the loch through a woodland. We didn’t use the wc on site. The site is basic and you will probably not like it if your prefer the regimen of club sites, we loved staying here, it was relaxing and offered everything we needed, water in, water out, black waste disposal and EHU. Mr Smith has lived in his house over 45 years and has a wealth of local knowledge. He also runs a small tea room next to the site.
