Just stayed two nights at Acorns CL. Very friendly owner who gave me details of walks and the local cafe and pub on arrival.  Cost was £14 per night, which included EHU, awning and dog.  The pitches are level and hard standing, sheltered at the rear by trees. Access from the site straight onto the Whitegate Way, perfect for walks, cycling, running and dog walking.  The area is beautiful, great footpaths and walks.  Highly recommend The Plough pub at Beauty Bank, great food and very friendly.  Access is quite a tight right hand turn, ensure you swing out enough to get through. I recommend this site and would definitely visit again.  Bev x
