Basic and beautiful
A sunny spot between 2 golden fields, sheltered by big oak trees - idyllic! No frills, as we prefer. Easy access and well signed, pretty flat.Cycled to Nairn and Fort George - the latter is amazingly interesting, we spent all day there. We didn't see the owners but for the phone call to book she was helpful and pleasant. £6 in the honest box per night; I asked the price while phoning so I'm not sure about the notice on the box as I couldn't read it.
