Having booked for 3 nights, we extended to 4, but could have spent our entire 3 week trip round Scotland in this little piece of heaven! Fair enough, we had amazingly hot weather and no rain, but we truly fell in love with Arran and this lovely CL site. Very clean and tidy - and the views! We set up our table and chairs each night in a sheltered little hollow in the hedge and ate dinner overlooking the bay. Why go out to eat when you have views like that? At night we lay awake listening to the owls. Sheila is lovely and really helpful, and the eggs were the best we have ever had - we made sure we stocked up before we left. Out of our 3 week trip, Arran was our favourite place and Ardlui our favourite CL - we have raved about it to anyone who'll listen. It's one of those places you almost don't want to recommend in case you can't get in next time!
