We stopped for two nights to see relatives. The site is lovely and quiet and there are some great walks around the village. We had fresh bread and cakes from Caroline and she was always on hand for any questions or advice, yet not intrusive. There are hard standing or a vast area of grass to choose a spot as long as you can reach the hook up point. We liked the grass as we had a wonderful sunny spot with a fabulous view. The communal bathroom is the nicest I have ever seen on a cl and immaculately clean. There are some sheep grazing nearby and some chickens near the house that are kept away from site area.
