This is our favourite site for our visits to the area. Our two girls love being on the farm, seeing all the horses and the very friendly farm cat. Very well maintained pitches with lovely views and the sun sets are brilliant. Extremely friendly and helpful hosts , always look forwards to coming back.
great site
We have just returned from a 7 night stay at this site and what a great site! We had a warm welcome from the owner and shown where to pitch the site is well away from the road and is very quiet. we have friends in the area and we will use this site, so see you next year
Thanks
Steve & Sue.

Enjoyable short break
Easy access from A1 and A52. Good sized pitches with views. Warm welcome from owners.
Good weekend
Easy to find from the A1 or the A52
Lovely welcome from Terry who told us location of facilities. We could choose our pitch. Site level and grass beautifully mowed.
Good views which meant a bit exposed to the wind that the whole country had for the weekend.!
Gray water could be drained into the adjoining fields.
2nd field had contract workers caravans on but we had no issues with any noise etc
Would stay again.

Great overnight stay.
We stayed here for one night on our way from Essex to Yorkshire. Great welcome from the owners on arrival, lovely, quiet clean site with great dog walking directly from site. We had a problem with our caravan water heater and the CL owners were helpful and accommodating.
Fantastic peaceful stay in beautiful surroundings
Stayed here for 2 nights with friends, we had a warm welcome by Angela & Terry, easy access and lovely short grass & flat pitches. No toilets or showers but we knew this before booking & it didn’t matter to us. Very reasonably priced with good EHU included & fresh water and waste disposal etc
We were given a menu on arrival and as we didn’t fancy cooking ordered fish & pie & chips from a local shop that delivered to us.
A beautiful small quiet place a joy to wake up in with horses in the next field. Would definitely return here.
Short but an enjoyable relaxing stay.
This is a lovely quiet CL just of the A1 great north road.
Easy access to the site, all grass pitches on short grass, Mr Davis cut the grass on his sit on mower and was pleased the grass box cleaned up the clippings around our chosen pitch.
Mrs Davis gave us a warm welcome on arrival and explained where the all the water and waste points were.
An ideal site to visit Grantham Caravans just down the road for your caravanning needs.
Definitely recommend this secluded site in the countryside.
Lovely stay.
We have just got home from a lovely four night stay at Barn Farm cl.
Grass level pitches, the grass was short with all cuttings collected,so no grass being carted into the caravan..
A fairly busy road is nearby, but it didn't bother us.
The pitch price of £12 was a bargain with 16amp electric.
We were met on arrival and given the choice of the three spare pitches.Such a nice couple.
If you like horses you will love it here.
Bottesford is just a short drive away,it has a station for a quick trip to Nottingham or Skegness if you don't want a long drive..The fish and chips are fantastic if you fancy a take away...Grantham is also very handy with a good variety of shops..
We would stay stay at this site again,it's great.
Great overnight near A1
With easy access and far enough from the A1 to not hear it, this CL is an ideal overnight if your travelling to the extremes of our country (well north or south that is).
The pitches are all level and most of the facilities readily accessible. The chemical disposal point loses the 5 stars, both in location and actual feature (enough said).
Angela's apples
Just spent 3 days at Barn farm wonderfully relaxing, Terry and Angela are a lovely, welcoming couple do everything to make you feel comfortable, everything about the site id well organised and immaculate, hope to see you again soon. Thanks for the apples Angela we've got enough to make apple pies and crumbles to last us till Christmas.
