Quiet and friendly
Had a one-night stop here last week and wished we could have stopped longer. Small, quiet site (some road noise at peak hours but not during night). Great place to stay to access many tourist places, ancient towns and good walking not too far away. Mr Eccleston was very friendly and helpful and seems to have great plans to improve the facilities, already having spent a lot money on providing the hidden extras like good access and security features (not that security was an issue in such a quiet location). And, his Begonias were amazing!
