Get away from it all at this tranquil hideaway
We came here for one night to test out our new solar panel system - and ended up staying nine nights. It is a basic site, but you have open access to 23 acres of fields and woodlands. For the first time in my life I picked and eat delicious field mushrooms. The owner Jill is very welcoming, and if you go down to the bench next to her bungalow you can access the internet . She also sells vegetables on site from her nursery. We had beautiful weather and the panel kept the battery charged even though we watched TV most evenings.
