I wish this CL had more reviews. I hate being the first published review and for it to have negative points, but hopefully some feedback may improve the site for the future. We recently stayed on this CL with a view to staying the week. Starting with the positives. The site is large, flat and there is lots of space between pitches. It is clean and tidy and obviously well kept. The toilets and showers were always clean. Unfortunately there are negatives. I don't think the site is value for money. The site is advertised on the website at £14 but actual pitch fee is £18. There is also a £1 meter for showers. The site is well out of the village, with no local amenities and although there is a walk to the beach (maybe 1 mile), we found it necessary to drive to the beach for ease. The site is surrounded by fields, but there was no sea view, which other local sites offered for the same price, although the noise of jet skis could be heard in the distance, breaking the tranquility. If you want a field which is almost quiet and has nothing else and don't mind paying high fees then this site is for you. We moved after 2 days to a site right on the beach for the same price with local amenities. I fully support the CL network and believe it generally offers great value for money. Unfortunately in this case I felt like I had been robbed. A fairer price would probably encourage more returning visitors.
