Stunning setting, fantastic food nearby

Beautiful view across the loch to castle stalker ( featured at end of Monty pythons Holy grail!) easy access, good , free WiFi, chemical disposal, water and rubbish but no shower/wc facilities so must have your own. Can get midges to be expected as by water in Scotland! Didn't met the owner but honesty box for payments. Lovely walk right around the Loch, easy 10-15 min walk across the Jubilee bridge to reach The Old Inn pub/restuarant ( wooden walkway across the salt marsh- recommended) well worth a walk over and The Old Inn has it's own pathway off the lochside path ( you can see the back of the old inn and car park from the path approx 3rd path off the loch side path walking anticlockwise after jubilee bridge). Highly recommend food there, fantastic cosy atmosphere ( much better inside than outside impression from road) Food and menu simple but very nice ( black pudding, cheese and burger stack highly recommended as is the steak and sticky toffee pudding!) Great selection of drinks ( whiskys , gins etc) at reasonable prices, welcoming staff. Best to book as nearly full on a tuesday evening when we went. Not too far to explore Fort William etc, Beware narrow roads in the Highlands, we did lose a mirror to a French motorhome coming the other way too far into the middle!
