Good stopover not far from M6 and worth staying longer
Spent 1 night here Aug 2017 en route from Scotland to Midlands. It was ideal for us - quiet and good location not far from M6. Appreciated the easy dog-walking on site for early and late walks. Road from A6 is tight in places with caravan. The local area was very scenic and a couple of nice villages to visit. Pleasant welcome and owners really helpful. Laid back farm site with free-range hens and friendly sheep. Clean, adequate facilities if you do not wish to use your own.
