Hidden gem (but not for long!)

We were lucky enough to find this little gem of a site that has just recently opened on a trip around North West Wales. What a location... a small elevated paddock right on the coast with spectacular sea views in front and mountains behind. The site has mainly level grass pitches with EHU and there is a fresh water tap and basic waste disposal available. Christine and Mark, the owners, are really welcoming and can offer lots of local knowledge for discovering the area and the Llyn Peninsula. If hills are your thing you can walk directly from the site to a choice of six hilltops that offer even more dramatic views over to Anglesey, down the Llyn Peninsula and back towards the higher Snowdonia mountains in the distance. You can also walk 10 minutes or drive down to Trefor Beach with its small harbour (Note, there can occasionally be a bit of a whiff along this area of coast on hot days when the tide is out). All in all a really lovely little site with probably the best 360 degree views we have found yet on a CL - we will definitely be visiting again!
