Perfect site

We had a wonderful Easter week at this fabulous site.  We fell lucky with the weather with the sun shining all week so we could truly enjoy the amazing views. As a family with children the site is perfect as the owners have a 7 yr old and 13 yr old boys so our kids were out playing every day with them - they even let our 4 yr old  join in which was lovely - leaving us to relax with a glass of wine. The site is accessible to lots of places for family days out. Eirian was really helpful and the whole experience was simple from booking to leaving. We will definitely be back in the future!

Our Secret

We like secrets but can not help sharing, This is our second visit this year, not always do places meet with your first expectations, BUT this is even better the second time around. Eirian & Ian are just wonderful, They listen to your comments and act where ever possible to improve and make your stay perfect. So if you like a well run and piece and quiet with wonderful views then this a must, but don't tell every one !!!!!.

Wales Beauty

We stayed for four days with our 6 year old grandson in June 2014. The location is perfect for couples or with small children. The site is laid out well, with plenty of room between units, some in bush lined areas. The views across to Anglesey is just beautiful and the wonderful sunsets. Eirian & Ian are most welcoming, their own boys played well with our grandson along with any other children. Which made it more like a family then just a other C L site. If any negative points, it would be, a little narrow on the short lane up, and the grass cuttings are left on the ground, which can trail in your unit. Having said that we would recommend it and we will return at some point.

Our favourite CL!!

As a hard working and busy family of 4 there is nothing more we like than getting away from it all and spending some quality time together as a family – and our dog!! We discovered this site a few years ago just as it was starting out. Eirian and Ian have worked really hard to cultivate and develop this site. Each generously sized pitch is boarded with carefully planned and planted shrubs and flowers, giving each pitch a beautiful natural boarder, providing a lovely sense of privacy without feeling fenced in! The slightly elevated position is wonderful and affords views of the mountains to the rear and to the front across the menai straights, with Anglesey beyond. We have stayed in all seasons and with each season is a new view. The site is always in tip top condition and no matter how much rain you get (and it does sometimes rain) there is never a puddle on site – testimony to the ground work that Eirian and Ian put in for setting up this CL, no puddley awnings – very handy with 2 children and a dog! Easter Holidays - when Eirian and her boys arranged an Easter egg hunt for the children (big and small) on site – fantastically fun weekend! The Golden Jubilee – when everyone on the CL got involved, all the vans and pitches with decorated with bunting and flags, thanks to Eirian, Ian, the boys and other campers we all have some fantastic memories and photos of that “one moment in time”. October Half Term and New Year – busy doing nothing!! So can anything beat sitting nice and cosy and warm in your van with a glass of wine, a good film or book and the ones you love, with the snow and rain beating down outside? Doing all that with a view – that beats it!? LocalPlacesOfInterest wise you can’t beat this site, the whole of North Wales and the Island of Anglesey are on your door step – yet you still feel like your right out in the countryside! The owners comments tell what is available locally and Eirian and Ian are wonderful hosts – with a vast and helpful locally knowledge, for days out, places to shop and eat – you won’t need tourist information – just ask them they are more than happy for help! Have just spent 15 nights in August 2013 for our main summer holidays – and what a fantastic time helped by the fact the weather was kind! The site was in full bloom and looked and smelt absolutely wonderful. There is a small climbing frame and swing set off to one side of the site for the family’s boys and for children staying on the site – just close enough to be seen and safe but far enough away to not bother the other vans – perfect! Local Take Away (by the school – ask Eirian) and ice cream parlour at Dinas Dinal – good job it was only 15 nights!! So who would I recommend this CL to: everyone - if you’re looking for a perfect place for quiet relaxing place to get away from it all, looking for a base to explore North Wales, if you’re a climber, walker or cyclist – touching distance for many places and activities, families wanting some quality time together –

Great Site, Helpful Owners

This is an above average, well cared for site with hedges separating some of the pitches. The views from the site are excellent. It had been very wet in the days before our visit but extra coverings had been put at the entrance to make doubly sure there were no problems entering or leaving the site. Ian was on hand to guide us to the driest available pitch and willingly gave us advice on local eateries! Despite the latest departure time being 12pm, Eirian readily agreed to our request to leave our van on site until late afternoon so we could enjoy another day in the area. We had an enjoyable stay at a lovely site with helpful owners and would recommend a visit.

A lovely site

We visited this site in April, and arrived on a day of changeable weather with heavy downpours. Access to the site was not a problem and throughout our stay the ground remained firm. The location is truly stunning with views over Ynys Mon in one direction, and Yr Wyddfa in another. We were made to feel very welcome by the owners, Eirian and Ian, who made our stay very enjoyable. Facilities on site are totally adequate, and all is well maintained. No problem in recommending this site to others, and we will definitely visit again when we are next in North Wales.

Fantastic site

We use this site regularly as it is close to family and friends. The site is well cared for by Ian and Eirian, the views are breathtaking and I love the way they have grown shrubs to make each pitch private. The site is well cared for and access is very good. We stay in CL's around the UK anc can honestly say that Cefn Eithin is one of our favourates.
