Up on the common - watch for Horses

Nice quite site within easy walking distance of quaint Minchinhampton and it's unique Church and pub. Great food at the pub which is recently refurbished but retains old world look and has it's own beer brand !! . Site itself is on old Alpaca farm but only Donkeys now there. Very personable owners. Rubbish, grey water and chem disposal. Water on entry. EHU on pitch which are all HS. Great walks if you fancy over the common. Very quiet at night. If you're looking for a quiet stop over night, missing the queues on the M5 past Bristol, with a good pub within walking distance, then this is it. Note that best route South is via Batch ring road that since early 2021 Bath operates a charge for entering the "Clean Air Zone". Private cars and motorcycles are exempt from the charge but check how your Moho is registered as it may incure a charge or worse be V5's as a commercial vehicle which attracts a heavy charge ! A short detour towards Bristol and bypassing Bath is the best bet, a bit of fuel but much less than the CAZ charge.
