Mid week April break
A wonderful peaceful site, with good views all around.
We bumped into Roger at the gate, who was friendly, helpful and explained fully the directions, pitches and the site in general.
No problems at all on the site. Quite intersesting watching the fishers.
The surrounding area, is great for day long bike rides, the Sandstone way goes past the entrance to the site and route 68 can be picked up a couple of miles away in the direction of Wooler. Generally the lanes all around that area are quiet.
We would definitely stay here again.
