We have visited Cobbs Meadow several times with our 2 Springers and have always found it to be a place we want to return to. The owner is both friendly and helpful. There is a public footpath practically opposite the site entrance which leads into fields and woodland and is ideal for running our dogs off lead as it is safe for them. The site itself is very spacious with adequate facilities. There is a railway line set down behind the site but it can't be seen and is not particularly audible from the site. The lane on which the site is set can be a bit busy in the rush hour but soon quietens down and isn't particularly noisy at other times. We love this site..for us it is a place to unwind and relax. However, it is a good base to visit Canterbury and other attractions as it is possible to walk to the station from the site or even walk into Canterbury which takes about 50 minutes.
