We have been coming here for 3 weeks every year for the last x number of years. Never disappoints, immaculately kept and always a warm welcome. Gerald and Chris are lovely warm people who will endeavour to help if they can and always makes you relax as soon as you arrive. Site naturally quiet except for the guinea fowl on the next property who occasionally come for a stroll through the garden (much to the delight and indignation of our cairn terrier!!! Peace is definitely destroyed then!!) However, it doesn't put them off and having chatted to the owners, apparently a regular occurrence with their dogs -poor guinea fowl! Well placed for the whole of the coast and good sea hugging road to Sheringham, Cromer, Gt Yarmouth and, of course the Norfolk Broads. Don't'the tell your friends - we will never be able to get on otherwise!!
