We are on our second visit to this site. When we moved onto our pitch we were met by Glen, the owner who pointed out the locations of the facilities: WIFI, best TV reception, Water points, the information board, the exchange book library, the laundry area, the recycling waste containers. The weather at this time of the year is very unpredictable. One of the reasons we selected this site was because of the all hard standing large pitches where you can have your water and waste water containers sitting on the firm area and walk around your van without the need to wear wellies. Other helpful facts: From the site there are excellent transport links. Biking on local roads and tracks plus a disused railway track, Stockton to Peterlee.
