very friendly

Gary was a very friendly host who made us very welcome, the site itself was great as it has water and grey waste on each pitch and the site is situated quite close to the railway station and bus stop, we found the train very good as you could go to Truro within ten minutes and then travel on from there.even driving wasn't a problem as is was close to the coast on either side we had eight days at the site but will be back in the future for a longer stay

Best CL so far.

We stayed here earlier this month on our travels around Cornwall and the south coast. This is the best CL we have stayed in so far this year. Access was easy, even with our 8m motorhome + tow car. The closed gate (not locked) is set back enough from the road to allow our whole rig to park at it safely whilst we read our names on the pitch location board. Although, like most of Cornwall, the site is on a hill, unlike most CLs, the pitches here are landscaped and therefore level. A hedge between each pitch is nice little touch, and each pitch has its own fresh water supply with the hook up and its own grey water disposal, which we found very convenient. Gary is a really nice helpful chap, and we enjoyed a glass of sangria with him at our van. Only a short distance from Truro, but equally close to Falmouth or the King Harry ferry and beyond. The village pub and railway station have been mentioned already. Would we return? Yes, definitely. We have family in Truro and will not hesitate to stay at Court Caravan Park next time we visit.

Hidden Treasure

My family stayed on Court Caravan site July 2018 for two weeks. I do not normally review sites however this site is a hidden treasure!. We arrived to a nice welcome from Gary and Karen. The site is well looked after with hard standing and grass pitches all with water and waste facilities to every pitch so it was perfect for a family of 4. The area is beautiful with fantastic links all over Cornwall, so much so, you just do not need to use your car. Perranwell station is a 1 minute walk away. Perranwell station village is a beautiful Cornish village with great walks round we found the local bus stop was an information centre to. The local pub The Royal oak is so friendly and welcoming, the food is excellent and has a great sense of community which we found delightful. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will definitely be back again.

Excellent site

We stayed 18 nights at the site. It is well placed to getting to both coasts and the railway station is only 5 minutes walk. Gary and Karen made us very welcome. The pitches are well proportioned and have electric, water and grey water on each pitch. It is a large paddock with another separate fenced paddock with 4 rams in it. A very pleasant, peaceful quiet location. The black waste and assorted bins are at the top of the paddock near the gate. We will certainly be visiting again.

UPDATE

Over the winter of 2016/7 a lot of this site has now been leveled making it much easier to position caravans. There are also two hard standings for motor homes.

Excellent site

Like the previous review don't want to write to much because I don't want the site to be booked up when I come again!! Have been to this site many times, quiet, full hook ups, near to train for Falmouth and Truro and bus to Truro. Gary and Karen could not be more helpful. Hopefully will be back many more times.

lovely site

Dont really want to rate this as when we go to book we may not get in. It is a lovely site, slightly sloping but no problems with our motorhome , levellers supplied by Gary and Karen. Train is brilliant to Falmouth or Truro and station only minutes away. Each pitch has electric, water and grey waste point. They have four 'pet' rams in the next field keeping us entertained.Keep your eyes open for the fox, deer, rabbits and goshawk. Loved staying on this site and will be back.

Great Site

This is a lovely spot. The owners Gary and Karen are very helpful, not in your face but there if you need them. Large field with only five vans. There is a very slight down side in that you hear the trains (they do not run through the night though) but the upside is that the railway station and bus stop are only a 2/3 minute walk away and you can then get to anywhere. There were rams in the next field who were very entertaining. Do not really want to tell too many people about this site because we want to be able to get on it next time we want to go!! Carole Till

Very welcoming site.

We had a really peaceful week with Gary and Karen. They were very welcoming and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. We unfortunately had terrible weather whilst staying here but that did not put a damper on things. Gary was very helpful with blocks for the caravan legs and also mats for easy access. Having your own water, electric and waste was a real luxury. We will definitely return .
