We were greeted by the owners who were really friendly and helpful. We were given a level pitch by Alison, but there are some sloping pitches so make sure to bring your chocks. The site is really pretty with the beck at the bottom and its a nice 5 minute stroll into the village. There is a dog walk that runs into the village and through the site. Alison gave us some maps of nearby walks as well. The local pub is dog friendly and serves food. You can walk into Bedale, its about an hour and is mainly off road. The site is a good location to explore other areas, we drove into Leyburn and surrounding areas. We really liked this site and will return in the future
