What a find!
This little gem of a CL is secluded and peaceful yet ideally placed for local places of interest. The facilities are basic but ample, there is some recycling on site.
The owner was very welcoming and friendly.
Be sure to visit Kirk Yetholm to see the end of the Pennine Way and enjoy a drink at the Border Hotel. The Kirk at Linton is also worth a stroll around the kirkyard - the sundial has been in place since the late 1700s and keeps excellent time!
There is a new Sainsbury's store, with fuel, 7 miles away in Kelso.
