Ease of arrival/welcome

An absolute little gem.

The welcome from Head of Welcoming (Peter) is nothing but the best. This man knows the area like the back of his hand and is only to happy to tell you all about the local area. The site is quiet but a five minute walk into town and you are in Hay which is a lovely place to see. A five minute walk and you are on the banks of the River Wye and a great walk down to the Warren (about a 30 min strollish). Just down the road is also a Co-op. We parked up for 3 days and never had the need to fire up the engine, every thing is self contained. We will be back. If you want that feel good factor then this is the place.
