Lovely views

Stayed in May 2022 on a very big slope but fantastic views across the countryside. Facilities basic but ok, owner very friendly only downfall was the grass had not been cut for quite a while.

We stayed just one night but would happily stay longer.

We're happy to add to the positive recommendation for this CL. As others have said the walk back from Aberdaron 'though not far may prove a little steep for some . ( There's a large National Trust car park right by the beach. No charge for members.) It's also very close to "Whistling Sands" probably the best beach in the whole area. ( Which also has a large carpark, but as you'd expect doesn't allow overnight stays.) 'currently charging £12 per night with EHU. Shower is coin metered 6 and 1/2 minutes for £1. The farm is not intensively worked so very little noise and a very large pitch with beautiful rural landscapes. The site is on a slope but it didn't cause us problems.

May 2021

Good site for the price. Field is a bit steep but blocks etc are provided to help. Remember this is a farm so expect farm standards re the facilities. We had a lovely peaceful stay.

Great CL

Great CL, well positioned for a short walk into Aberdaron, which is a beautiful small seaside village offering numerous places to eat & dine. On the llŷn coastal path so good walks right on the doorstep. Very pleasant CL owner, keeps the field well cut and tidy, easy to find and good access - last 1/2 mile down narrow lane but was fine for our Motorhome as very quiet at the time of visiting. Peaceful site and great scenery, would recommend a visit.

fabulous views

The site is quite easy to find and a nice walk down to the village which has a fabulous beach and coastal walk. A pitch costs £12 inc electric, the area is sloping but there is water access to each pitch and WiFi which could be haphazard at times. We were unable to use the shower but the toilet was very basic [ scruffy ] so i cant imagine i would want to use the shower. It was very peaceful, even the cows which are very close were quiet. There are lovely views but there is another field of permanent caravans in front of the CL field which doesn't spoil the view but may not be as quiet when full, there was no one there when we stayed.
