We made a return visit to this cracking CL for a 10 day stay in June/July. Chris and Sharron are wonderful hosts, providing local information and assistance if required. There are dogs walks directly from the site around the Old racecourse and the Offa's Dyke National Trail is also right by the site. The walking in this are is stunning, only a short distance away is the Montgomery Canal and it is only a few miles from the Berwyn range. I also walked around Llangollen on the Llantysilio Mountatins and walked along the Llangollen Canal to visit the stunning Castell Dinas Bran and Pontcysyllte Aqueduct. The site has everything you need from a CL, easy access, well kept and exceptionally clean. We will definitely be making a return visit!
