So disappointed - we were meant to stay for a week and left after two nights !! The reasons are below *16 caravans on site so absolutely not a CL - when we asked why they said it was two CL’s which isn’t advertised *Double booked our pitch *Digger was dredging the pond at 7.30am Saturday and Sunday morning *View - was a skip and many caravans So sad as was so looking forward to this stay - first holiday since last year and much needed as a keyworker !

We are so sorry you were disappointed with your stay, unfortunately we are an active fishery and lake dredging had been planned for months. Your pitch was some 400m away from this work so noise would not have been an issue.

upon realising your dissatisfaction, you were offered an alternative location but refused. 

our site is 25 acres and we maintain the strict site rules but we were entitled (like many other land owners to exercise the 2020 56 day rule). 

As for the skip - you were at least 100m away and the best we may suggest is for the 2021 season considering upgrading to a full height caravan.
