We enjoyed our stay but did not see the owners at all. We tried walking the dog outside the gates but the road was treacherous, huge lorries on a narrow road. We managed to get to the local shop, where we asked about another way back. We're told to walk across the field, which was fine, but near the style it was overgrown with nettles, so had to clear a path before climbing a very rickety unsafe style. Toilet was clean but very basic compared to a pretty well kept site. Wasn't going to pay £20 deposit to use the shower, sorry. Other caravans and campers dotted around so didn't feel like a CL
